Coworking in Number 30 offers two options, either hot desking on the first floor with a variety of very affordable timeslot packages and dedicated desks on our beautiful second floor for those seeking an individual personal space to work from. Whether you're a freelancer, remote worker, entrepreneur or digital nomad, you'll find the perfect spot here.

Additional to the working areas, there are meeting rooms suitable for both small and larger events, providing flexibility for every requirement. Host brainstorming sessions, team meetings, or private functions with ease. Enjoy cutting-edge audio-visual technology and high speed fibre broadband for seamless connectivity and immersive experiences, all within a stunning environment with full accessibility to all floors and areas. 

Hot Desking

With optional low-cost membership and competitive hire rates, you can access a fully equipped hot desk space with internet and printing facilities over 5.5 days a week. Membership includes free tea and coffee along with discounts on storage and space hires.

Dedicated Desking
Located on the exclusive second floor, our dedicated workspace  offers your own personal desk within a comfortable home-from-home office environment including high-speed internet, ergonomic seating and printing facilities. This floor is accessible via a lift and provides privacy with secure access over 24 hours and 7 days per week. 

Amenities

We offer essential business amenities, including access to printing and photocopying (available at an extra usage charge), business address and lockable storage.  Need a working lunch? Our ground floor café offers a tasty menu with gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. For larger meetings, we provide catering through our own facility or local providers. 

Special ‘early bird’ offers are currently available plus exclusive discounts for day hosts (contact us direct for details of how to register as a day host).

Membership

Membership – £7/month including Fixed desk users. Payable by DD. Entitles members to benefits shown below. 
Members day rate – Hotdesking £18/day or £9 half day includes free tea/coffee (from kitchenette, not café). Members will have a card and member registration number.
Non-members day rate - £21/day or £11 half day.

  

Membership entitles users to discount on –

  • Meeting room hire.
  • Use of hybrid screen facility.
  • Events, both coworking and other events (does not include cinema/event cinema)
  • Business and other support activities brought in for Members.
  • Room hires of other spaces in the building.
  • Free tea and coffee - use of first floor kitchenette.
  • Free events organised to support coworking members.
  • Storage hire

Note  

Membership is required for all 4 band hires to benefit from discounts.

A ‘day’ for the purposes of space hire is 7 hours. A half-day 3.5 hours.

Non-members to contribute to tea/coffee/use of first floor kitchenette at £3/day.
