Intro and Classification
The Cinema @ Number 30 and the website www.number30.org are operated by Huntly Development Trust Ltd.
Number 30, reserves the right to request the removal of any individual without entitlement to a refund that are; disruptive, antisocial /violent, intoxicated, smoking (including e-cigarette or vapes) or unable to provide a valid ticket for entry. The appropriate actions will be taken against anyone who jeopardises the safety of, or is abusive, insulting or threatening to anyone on site. This includes but is not limited to, banning individuals from the premises and/or contacting the police.
Film classification:
Number 30 reserves the right to request photographic identification (e.g. a passport or driving license) verifying the age of a customer before allowing admission to any films rated 12A, 15 or 18 by the British Board of Film Classification. If this cannot be provided, we will refuse admission to any person, who in the opinion of a Number 30 employee, may appear to be under the minimum age requirement.
Film classifications explained:
Film age certificates are provided by the British Board of Film Classification and by law must be followed by all cinemas.
12A – Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
15 – Suitable for individuals 15 and over only.
18 – Suitable for individuals 18 and over only.
General Conditions
General conditions:
- If a patron has been asked to leave the cinema on a previous occasion due to unruly/abusive behaviour, entry to the cinema may be refused. This is at management discretion and correspondence will not be entered into.
- After 7pm all children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult (over 18). Children are requested to remain in their seats for the movie screening to avoid the disturbance of other patrons.
- You must always have your ticket available for inspection.
- All personal belongings are brought to the Cinema at the owner’s risk, we do not accept responsibility for belongings lost, broken or mis-placed.
- If a breakdown should occur during the screening of a movie, a complementary pass will be issued.
- Credit card refunds can be refunded back to the credit card on the day of the transaction or earlier at the cinema at managements sole discretion. If a refund for any reason is required after the screening date, the processing of the transaction is at the discretion of the management and can only be undertaken on production of satisfactory evidence of card payment.
- If overcharging/double charging occurs, a statement of account must be provided to the cinema as proof, then a full refund will be made.
- Any food and drink purchased outside of the cinema will not be permitted.
- A refund will not be given if the movie is of personal dislike to you.
- Tickets and bookings fees are non-refundable unless the event has been cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled. If a performance is cancelled, the customer will be offered a rescheduled date where possible, or a refund of the ticket and booking fee.
- Once a ticket is
purchased any amendments are at the sole discretion of the Management and
will only be considered if 1.)the request by the purchaser is made
at least 24 hours prior to the performance start time. 2.) the
amendment is for the same film title/show.
- Booking fee is
Non-refundable unless the performance/event is cancelled by us.
- Refunds are not given
due to adverse weather conditions, if the performance goes ahead.
- A refund will only be given at the cinema with a valid ticket.
- No 30 reserves the right to refuse entry without a refund to any guests that arrive over 10 minutes after the main features start time.
- All mobile devices must be switched off during a performance, you will be asked to leave if you fail to do so.
- We try to follow our weekly advertised schedule, however on rare occasions we reserve the right to re-schedule or cancel showings for reasons beyond our control. In this case all tickets will be transferred or refunded.
Amendments Statement
No30 reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions without any notice. The current T&C’s will be advertised on the company website at www.number30.org
